Crook County Sheriff’s Office provides non-criminal fingerprinting services to Crook County residents for purposes of employment, license applications, expunging records, etc.

Fingerprinting Requirements: must meet ALL requirements
You must provide current government-issued photo identification, such as your driver’s license. The information submitted on this form and on the fingerprint card must match your identification.
Pricing:
Fingerprinting costs $15.00 per fingerprint card. Appointments for fingerprinting will be processed on Mondays and Fridays between 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Please note you will be asked to pay now to reserve your appointment time.
